On the Day of Rental

・What do I need to bring when renting?

Please bring identification that can verify your identity, such as a passport or residence card.

・Can you hold my luggage?

Yes. We can hold your luggage during the rental period only. The fee is 1,000 yen per piece of luggage. However, please manage your valuables yourself.

・Where can I rent and return the items?

Basically, rental and return are done at our store. One-way drop-off is not available.
However, we also offer paid pick-up and drop-off services upon request. If you are interested, please contact us once.
