Can I change the bicycle if the size doesn't fit on the day of my rental?

We can change the bicycle to a different size only if there is sufficient inventory available at the store on the day of your rental.
※It may take some time before departure to inspect the bicycle and adjust the fitting.
※If you have already paid online, it may take some time to process the payment again.
