What happens to the cancellation fee due to bad weather (rain or strong winds)?

If you cancel due to bad weather, such as rain, no cancellation fee is required.
However, this applies only if you contact us by phone or email to cancel before your scheduled reservation time on the day of use.
※In the case of a “no-show cancellation” without prior notice, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
