About the Day of Rental

・What do I need to rent a bicycle?
Please bring a valid photo ID, such as your passport or residence card, for identity verification.

・Can you store my luggage?
Yes. We can store your luggage for the duration of your rental. The fee is ¥1,000 per item. Please note that you are responsible for keeping your valuables with you at all times.

・Where can I pick up and return the bicycle?
Bicycles must be picked up and returned at our shop. One-way rentals are not available.
However, we also offer a paid pick-up and drop-off service upon request. If you are interested, please contact us in advance for details.
