・What should I do if my bicycle gets a flat tire or breaks down?
In principle, customers are responsible for handling any bicycle issues that may occur. We appreciate your understanding.

・Where should I park my bicycle?
Bicycles parked on the street may be removed. Please use designated bicycle parking areas available at tourist attractions, train stations, and other facilities.
 

・Is insurance included with the rental?
Yes. Compulsory liability insurance is included with the rental.
However, we also recommend that you purchase travel insurance in your home country before your trip, as it can provide additional coverage for accidents, injuries, or other unexpected situations.
