・Can I choose a bicycle size? Is there a height requirement?
The bicycle size can be adjusted by changing the saddle height. The recommended rider height is approximately 147 cm to 195 cm (4'10" to 6'5").
If you have any concerns, please feel free to consult our staff on the day of your rental.

・Can I borrow a helmet?
Yes. Helmets are available to rent free of charge.
For your safety, we strongly recommend wearing a helmet while riding.

・Is there a basket for storing luggage?
Bicycles are not equipped with baskets. We recommend using a backpack, or you can rent one of our optional bags that can be attached to the bicycle for carrying your belongings.
